The material is a full layer of sequins wrapped with layers of tulle around the bodice and a large flared tulle mermaid skirt with train. The bustle is built in. I wore this dress with flats and I stand about 5'4", but it was still a bit long so if you're a little taller or are wearing heels it could still work. It zips up the side and was very easy to take on and off (convenient for using the restroom during the reception!). I originally had cups built in but when the cleaners cleaned it they took them out, I'd recommend having them put in for some push up! It's a gorgeous dress that really sparkles in the light with all the sequins underneath and I loved wearing it for my wedding. The very underlayer has a bit of wear on it but the rest is in very good condition - I had it cleaned and repaired. It would just need to be altered to your body and steamed.
