This classic, yet fashion-forward, Giada dress is the most saught-after wedding dress from the Monique Lhuillier Spring 2011 collection! I wore the dress for our elegant, outdoor wedding in June 2014 and it was perfect, but it's also detailed and graceful enough for a ballroom! I received so many compliments on the dress and I felt beautiful and sophisticated in it. The fabric and crystals throughout the dress look high-end, which you'd expect from a luxury designer gown. I love that it is glamorous, yet easy to move in and lightweight! The dress is also figure-flattering for a petite bride. It is an ivory, silver embroidered, organza, strapless, natural waist, corset bodice gown with trumpet skirt. The bodice is heavily encrusted with crystals, and rosets, sequins and crystals are scattered throughout the skirt from the bodice down.
Note about Dress Length: I am 5'1" and I wore 3" shoes -- this was perfect for me on the dance floor, but a little too long in the grass. The dress length was cut and cannot be let out, but if the added tulle is removed, the dress will lay flatter so you could probably get another 1/2" in length. Hope this is helpful!
