White floral-textured silk organza strapless cross-over draped bodice gown will full, hand-tufted skirt. Bellflower features floral-textured silk organza fabric, which was designed and made exclusively by Monique Lhuillier.
I searched for a dress for almost a year, and realized that I would never find a dress more unique and beautiful than this! I bought this dress in December 2011 for full price ($5850) at Bisou Bridal salon, the exclusive retailer of Monique Lhuillier wedding gowns in Vancouver, Canada. (www.bisoubridal.com) I just received the dress and it will be stored in the original packaging until July 28.
This dress will available immediately after JULY 28, 2012. I am having a part-Indian part-Western wedding, (my future husband really wants to see me in a white dress and I am Indian!) so I will wear Bellflower for 1.5 hours during our ceremony, before changing into an Indian sari for the other Indian ceremonies and the reception. This is an awfully short lifetime for such a beautiful dress, so that is why I'm hoping another bride will be able to enjoy it. The ceremony will be indoors, and the dress will be dry-cleaned after the ceremony and properly stored until sold. The unique fabric of the dress is naturally embossed, so it does not wrinkle easily - great for storing and looking brand new without steaming for a long time to come.
Because I commute between the USA and Canada often, I am willing to sell the dress in either Canadian or US Dollars and ship it to either country (buyer pays shipping). Having been through the process of buying a dress, I know how important it is that this is an exciting and fun experience for you and will do my very best to make sure you are happy!
Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries, and thank you so much for looking!
