The bust of the dress is very fitted and fits more like 30"-31".
This dress has only been worn once and I wore it knowing I wanted to sell it. There are NO stains on the dress. Just very faint scuff marks on the very bottom hem where it hit the floor and cleaning didn't remove every trace. The lace is all intact, dainty and gorgeous.
