This stunning ivory Ines Di Santo gown was very gently pre-owned, and wore once for my wedding. This dress is made in Canada with ivory Italian silk taffeta and retailed for around $7000 for the dress and $1000 for alterations. This dress is label size 10. The dress was shortened a bit, but is still quite long as I’m 5’8” and 6’1” with my shoes on, and it still is floor length. The entire dress is lined with fabric that matches the dress fabric. The dress is a strapless sweetheart style neckline with a dropped waist A-line dress. The back is lace-up or corset style that I really loved and could accommodate a variety of bust sizes. It is hand embroidered and beautiful beading through out.
I will also include the matching privacy panel that I had made to put in the back of the dress, because the lacing goes pretty far down. This dress is a size 10, and I feel like it could fit a variety of size because of the lace-up style back. According to Ines Di Santo’s size chart a size 10 is roughly a 36” bust, a 28’ waist, and 40’ hip. However I was closer to a size 12 when I wore this dress my bust was around 37” and I had a 30” waist line. The hip measurement is flexible because it is a drop waist style and not fitted around the hip area at all. This dress could be worn for many different venues and locations; the detail in this dress really makes it stand out.
There are a few very minor pulls that do not show when being worn, and there are all very minor! There are no stains, odors, tears, or any other flaws other then the minor pulls (they are so small it's quite difficult to show in photographs). There may be a little wear around the base of the dress, but nothing too large that I noticed. I still wanted to mention so you are sure you are fully aware of the dress you are purchasing.
I had this dress professionally cleaned and it will come in the box the cleaners gave to me. I hope that this dress will bring a lifetime of joy to the next person that can use it.
