This dramatic, "wow"-wedding dress by Ines di Santo in Italian Silk Taffeta.  It features an accordion pleated train, with American bustle to maintain the clean lines of the pleats when bustled, and accordion pleated sweetheart neckline with fan detail at the left shoulder. I had 3 pieces of boning added inside the fan to keep it stiff and upright throughout the day, and the fan was tailored in height to show off the full line of a feminine shoulder, unlike the runway version of the dress, where the fan was much larger. I wore it on my Sept 22, 2012 wedding day, had it professionally dry cleaned within 3 days of the wedding and it is currently stored in a bridal cloth garment bag in a spare bedroom. It has not been hemmed for length, but was taken in from a bridal size 16 to a street size 10, with wedding day measurements of B 37, W 31, H 42. Anyone of a smaller size than me can easily have this gown tailored down as it features French seams - only one seam down the back with no side seams- another very slimming feature of this gown. It was purchased at Bridal Reflections in NYC, one of the only two salons in New York City and State that carry Ines gowns, with all alterations being professionally completed there. It is a very body-hugging, feminine silhouette, yet I still danced comfortably in it all night long. My guests were beyond impressed with this Carrie Bradshaw-esque stunning gown, and to me, there was no other dress I found in the NYC tri-state area that even compared!
