This dress was PERFECT for my beach wedding, but would work equally well for a sumer wedding! I was going for a very flowy train look and opted for barefoot sandals since my feet were hidden. I am 5'8" and had 3" trailing on the floor in the front and 7" trailing in back. I received SO MANY compliments on the uniqueness of the dress and how perfectly it matched the venue.
The dress has a built in lace hip-wrap/undergarmet which sits just below the natural waist and expands out lower on the hips so the dress still feels incredibly loose and comfortable, never restricted.
The OPTIONAL BRALETTE condition: worn. I used double stick adhesive tape to hold in place for my wedding. The tape cannot be removed without compromising the lace and has some spray tan residue remaining. Nothing is visible from the exterior of the bralette,and i would recommend putting new tape over the existing tape, or if you desire something a little less "worn", I would buy a new bralette at VS, or wear the dress without.
The dress overlay, and built in hip undergarmet are in great condition - no signs of wear.
