Hayley Paige West Off-shoulder unclassified dresses

Thank you for your interest in this brand new "west" gown from Hayley Paige's blush line spring 2017. This is a brand new wedding gown that is currently in all the stores for sale for $3200. I am also the only one who ever tried it on and was not a store sample. I have not worn it for my future wedding because I changed locations and needed a different dress. This is brand new with tags and I am a size 8 for reference. It would only need the waist taken in for me but I have a 29 inch waist and hips about 40 inches at the widest part. It's a gorgeous dress but just won't work for my wedding. Here is the description from the web site:
